2. Upload APK or App Bundle files for your app

Choose whether you want to use Google Play application signing on your app or click OPT-OUT to ignore and sign in locally.
Click Browse Files.
Choose your app's APK or app bundle files to upload.
Click Review on the bottom right of the page. It verifies and presents the release information of your app.

3. Set your app's content rating

If you plan on paying users for the app, then you must set the pricing. Also, your app can be distributed in select countries rather than being released worldwide. From the left menu go to the Pricing and Delivery page.

Select available for the countries you want to release your application. Select the option otherwise unavailable.
If your app is suitable for children under the age of 13, select Yes for Primary Child-Detected. Otherwise, select No.
If your app has advertisements, then check yes for advertisements. If not, check no.
5. Publish Your App

Now that the entire investigation has been done and we are ready to release the app, go back to the app release from the left menu.
Click on managed production (otherwise if you are releasing a beta or alpha build then select instead).
Click on edit release.
Then click on Review at the bottom right of the page.
Click Start Rollout for production to finalize.
