To sign up for an AdMob account, you will need the following:
AdSense account. You will need an AdSense account but if you do not have one, you will be guided through the account creation process. If you want to change accounts later, you should first cancel your current account.
AdWords Account An AdWords account is also required. Once your AdWords and AdSense accounts are connected to AdMob, you are not allowed to change these accounts and there are details limitations that you can edit like your billing currency, payment address and time zone.
First of all, you have to select / create the Google account you are going to use.
Go to apps.admob.com and sign in using your Google account which is linked to your active AdSense account. But if you do not have both, select the Create an account link and you will be guided through the Google account creation process. After finishing the sign up process, return to apps.admob.com and sign in using your new Google account.
Select Sign up for AdMob Here you can review information about your AdSense and AdWords accounts (if they are connected to your Google account). You can choose to use this Google account (use yes) or go back (use another or new account) to select / create another account.
